QUESTIONS & SUPPORT

A clear place
to ask a question.

The first products are still in preparation. Find the current answers here, or send a message about the workshop through BlueMoonly’s contact form.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

What you can
do today.

Explore the project, prepare an idea and ask a question. Buying products and managing orders will become relevant when a release is available.

Open contact form

Choose “General / not sure” and mention Electronics in your subject.

Can I buy a device now?

No. The catalogue is currently empty and orders are not open. Products, prices and availability will be published when a release is ready. No payment is needed to explore this website.

Are the illustrations actual products?

No. The visual studies explain the theme of the workshop. They are not photographs, product specifications or an announcement of a particular device.

Can I share an idea?

Yes. Describe the problem, where a device would be used and what a useful result would look like. The project idea builder can help organize your notes. Sharing an idea does not create an order or a commitment to develop it.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed to browse this site or prepare an idea. There is no customer ordering area at this stage. Accounts for other BlueMoonly services are separate.

How do I contact BlueMoonly?

Use the contact form and mention Electronics in the subject. Your message reaches BlueMoonly, and a confirmation copy is sent to the email you enter. Please leave out passwords and private access details.

Where will future releases appear?

Device introductions will appear in Projects, with confirmed availability in the Shop. No release date has been announced.

A USEFUL MESSAGE

Give the idea some context.

A short, specific message is easier to understand than a long list of features.

01

Name the situation.

Tell us where and when the problem occurs, and who would use the device.

02

Describe the outcome.

Explain what should get easier or clearer. Include the few details that matter most.

03

Ask one clear question.

Say what you would like to know. Do not include payment information, passwords or private credentials.
